About Tony Goffredi

Hi, I'm Tony Goffredi. I'm a guitarist, solo musician, and instructor born and raised in Denver, CO.

I have over 15 years of experience on acoustic and electric guitars and 8 years of experience instructing guitar. I am fluent in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese and taught foreign language with Denver Public Schools before becoming a full-time musician. 

I began as an electric guitar player with heavy influences from the Guns n' Roses and AC/DC catalog. In college, I played in the band Tony G and the Cure for Cancer. After graduating, I put my minor in Mandarin (Chinese) to use—moving to Shanghai, China and working as a tour guide. While living abroad, I switched to predominantly acoustic and began writing lyrics to accompany my songs. Have been doing that ever since.

I've been playing gigs in the Denver area for over 5 years in various capacities as a solo artist, with a duo group, or with my bands—the latest of which is One Way Ride. I've played sandwich shops, cafes, breweries, dive bars, big stages, weddings, parties, corporate events and everything in between. " Keep playin' "
